? WE ARE HIRING – FARM MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Baashyaam Group is looking for an experienced Farm Mechanical Technician to handle the maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of farm machinery and equipment.

? Key Responsibilities• Maintain and repair tractors and farm equipment

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Handle diesel engine, hydraulic, clutch and gearbox repairs
- Maintain pumps, generators and other farm equipment
- Ensure machinery is maintained in safe and working condition

? Candidate Profile• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter
- 2–8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in tractor, agricultural equipment, diesel engine or heavy equipment maintenance preferred
- Positive hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills
- Willingness to work at a farm location
