We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketplace & International eCommerce Operations Manager to lead our Amazon USA marketplace and international Shopify eCommerce operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience managing Amazon USA Seller Central and international Shopify stores. Candidates with experience limited to Amazon India or domestic Indian eCommerce marketplaces will not be considered unless they have substantial exposure to international markets.

Experience working with an international fashion, apparel, or clothing brand will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the complete operations of Amazon USA Seller Central, ensuring account health and sales growth.
- Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ Content, and product variations.
- Handle Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, listing suppressions, inventory issues, catalog errors, and compliance requirements.
- Manage product catalogs, collections, variants, tags, and merchandising across international Shopify stores.
- Coordinate product launches across Amazon USA and Shopify platforms.
- Monitor pricing, inventory levels, Buy Box performance, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with PPC, SEO, creative, content, and operations teams to improve marketplace performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot Google Merchant Center product feeds and product data issues.
- Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, inventory reports, and marketplace KPIs.




- Ensure a seamless customer experience across all international sales channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify eCommerce operations.
- Strong experience working with Amazon USA marketplace and international Shopify stores.
- Experience with Amazon catalog management, flat files, bulk uploads, listing optimization, and inventory management.
- Hands-on expertise in Shopify product listings, collections, variants, merchandising, and store management.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed management.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.

Key Note
- This position is primarily focused on Amazon USA and international Shopify eCommerce operations.
- Candidates with experience only in Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or other Indian marketplaces without international exposure will not be considered.
- Candidates who have managed international clothing, fashion, or apparel brands will be given preference.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon PPC and marketplace analytics.
- Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataFeedWatch, or similar tools.
- Experience managing large product catalogs and inventory.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and merchandising strategies.
