Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote CortixIQ’s decision intelligence and software evaluation solutions to enterprise clients.

The Marketing

Specialist will conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and support the development of marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. Daily responsibilities include creating marketing materials,



coordinating with sales and research teams, tracking campaign performance, and engaging prospects through multiple channels. The role also includes supporting customer communication, maintaining a consistent brand presence, and contributing to demand generation activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in Market Research, including data collection, analysis, and insight generation for high-stakes or technology-focused markets.
- Understanding of Sales processes and collaboration with sales teams to support lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, positioning, and performance tracking.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to build relationships, respond to inquiries professionally, and support client satisfaction.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Kochi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
