Oversee franchise operations including COCO & FOFO (Company Owned, Company Operated, and Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all areas under operation.
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Desired Candidate Profile
6+ years of experience in Retail Operations or related field.
Robust understanding of company-owned stores' operations and franchise operations.
Proven track record in managing multiple locations simultaneously.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving goals.
