Career Creed HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Consultant to handle qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into long-term clients.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Janakpuri, Current Delhi

Key Responsibilities
Handle and qualify company-provided leads
Connect with Founders, CXOs, HR Heads and Business Owners
Understand client requirements and HR challenges
Conduct solution-based consultations and presentations
Pitch HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, HRMS and HR Audit solutions
Manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations and closures
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, HR Services, SaaS or Consulting
Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
Confident in dealing with senior decision-makers
Target-oriented and commercially driven approach
