Role Overview

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to connect with parents in the Indian market, understand their child's learning needs, recommend suitable programs, and drive enrolments through consultative counselling.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings with parents.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Handle objections, follow up with leads, and drive enrolments.




Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a sales/target-driven workplace.
Valuable counselling, convincing, and objection-handling skills.
Freshers and candidates with sales/counselling experience can apply.

Work Details
Work Mode: WFO
Working Days: 6 days/week, including Saturday & Sunday
Week Off: 1 weekday
Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM IST (subject to business requirements)
Laptop: Mandatory
