Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Logistics
Location: Dairy Plant, Killy, Trivandrum, Kerala
Age: Below 35 years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate; Diploma in Logistics will be an added advantage
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Logistics Supervisory/Management role
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day logistics operations.
Manage the fleet, including vehicles and logistics manpower.
Plan and monitor cold-chain supply and distribution schedules.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and logistics service providers.
Ensure timely updating of logistics-related transactions in the ERP system.
Prepare and maintain daily reports and analytical reports related to logistics operations.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Stores, Finance,
and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost control and process improvement.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of products while maintaining the required cold-chain standards
Experience in handling vehicles, drivers, transporters, and logistics manpower.
Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operational requirements.
Experience in ERP-based logistics operations and reporting will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
