We are looking for an experienced and responsible Billing & Stock Executive to handle billing, stock-related transactions, inventory records, and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales invoices accurately and on time using Tally.
Handle day-to-day billing and related entries.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Verify stock inward and outward movements.
Ensure proper entry of purchases, sales, stock transfers, sales returns and purchase returns.
Reconcile physical stock with stock records and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales and accounts teams for stock and billing requirements.
Verify invoices, delivery documents and other supporting records.
Assist in periodic physical stock verification.
Generate stock, sales and billing reports as required.
Ensure accuracy of item, quantity, rate,



tax and customer details before finalizing invoices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Billing.
Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.
Experience in stock/inventory handling will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of GST and GST invoicing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Positive numerical ability and attention to detail.
Ability to work accurately in a quick-paced setting.
Responsible, organized and able to coordinate with different departments.

Candidates with experience in electronics, mobile, distribution, wholesale or retail businesses will be preferred. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
