Business Development Executive

Industry: Aerospace and Defence Industry (Electrical Interconnection Systems / Wiring Harness / Cable Assemblies)

Experience: 02 years to 04 years

Role Overview The Business Development Executive will support business development activities, manage customer interactions, and assist in promoting electrical interconnection products such as wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, connectors, and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in identifying recent business opportunities.
Support end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-ups.
Understand product specifications (wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, connectors) and communicate features to customers.
Coordinate with the costing teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends,



competitor activities, and customer needs.
Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and documentation.
Assist in marketing activities like product presentations, digital marketing content, and promotional campaigns.
Support during customer visits, audits, and exhibitions.
Build strong professional relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.

Skills & Competencies
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing concepts.
Ability to learn technical details related to wiring harness and interconnection systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Customer-focused mindset with ability to work in teams.
Willing to travel to client locations.

Educational Qualification
MBA, Sales & Marketing.
BE, (EEE, E&C; Electrical & Electronics )
