Roles And Responsibilities:-
Understand students' requirements, preparation level, challenges, and exam timelines.
Explain relevant courses and test series and communicate their perks.
Build rapport and trust with students/parents.
Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Handle objections related to pricing, competitors, and decision-making.
Make effective closing attempts and encourage course enrollment.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and reminders.
Nurture leads and maintain regular follow-up until conversion.
Provide counselling with a mentor-like and student-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
