IPCS Global is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry to promote our programs across colleges and educational institutions, build institutional relationships, generate quality leads, and support student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges and educational institutions for business development activities.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and student awareness sessions.
Build relationships with college management, placement officers, and students.
Generate and manage leads through campus visits and promotional activities.
Coordinate marketing events and promotional campaigns.
Maintain reports of visits,
leads, and conversions.
Work closely with the sales and counseling team to achieve targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in an EdTech company is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for college visits and events.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
