Typical Role Overview: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

The Business Development Executive is primarily responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the client base, and building long-term relationships with potential property buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property acquisition process.
Sales Presentations: Conduct skilled presentations, site visits, and demonstrations of projects to showcase the value and features of properties.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to effectively position the company's offerings.
Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, facilitate documentation, and ensure a smooth closing process, achieving individual and team sales targets.
Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer insights.

Typical Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with a diverse clientele.
Self-Motivation: A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
