Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Commis I and Commis II – Continental to join our kitchen team.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in Continental food preparation, cooking, mise en place and plating, with a solid focus on food quality, consistency, hygiene and kitchen discipline.

Positions

Commis I – Continental
Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience
Solid hands-on knowledge of Continental cuisine
Able to independently handle an assigned kitchen section
Positive knowledge of preparation, cooking, portioning and plating
Ability to support and guide junior kitchen team members

Commis II – Continental
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience
Basic to good knowledge of Continental cuisine
Experience in mise en place and food preparation
Ability to follow recipes, portion standards and plating guidelines
Willingness to learn and develop under senior chefs





Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Continental menu items according to standard recipes.
Handle mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size and presentation.
Follow proper food storage, labelling and stock rotation practices.
Maintain high standards of food safety, personal hygiene and workstation cleanliness.
Minimise food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Coordinate with senior chefs and the kitchen team during service.
Maintain speed and quality during busy service hours.
Follow all kitchen SOPs and instructions from the Head Chef / senior kitchen team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
