We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commis Chef – South Indian to join our Food Production team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing authentic South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle food preparation, cooking and presentation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and portion control.
Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Minimize food wastage and maintain productive use of ingredients.

Requirements:
Previous experience in South Indian cuisine preferred.
Knowledge of South Indian cooking methods and ingredients.
Hotel/resort or restaurant experience will be an advantage.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
