Role Description The Content Specialist will work in office in Patna in a full-time capacity, creating and managing content tailored to student communities on the KonnectX platform. Daily responsibilities include planning and producing web and social content, aligning messaging with platform goals, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and community teams to develop content campaigns, highlight student stories, and support engagement initiatives.

The Content





Specialist will monitor content performance, optimize based on feedback and data, and ensure that all materials are clear, inclusive, and relevant to the student audience. This position requires a hands-on approach to content management and active participation in team discussions and content planning sessions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and audience engagement.
Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create transparent, compelling, and student-focused content.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and maintain platform content effectively.
Candidates should have familiarity with social media platforms, basic analytics, and content performance tracking.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, purpose-driven environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
