Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 12:00 PM
Timing: Flexible
Basic Salary: ₹13,000/month
Incentives: Target-based performance incentives

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and outbound sales calls.
Convert leads into customers through effective communication.
Maintain customer relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Work towards improving sales performance and lead conversion.




Coordinate with the team for smooth customer handling and follow-up.
Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Willingness to work in a target-based telesales environment.
Basic English communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
