Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
Promote company services and generate leads for business growth
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling and service delivery
Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitor activities
Prepare business reports and maintain client databases
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain long-term business relationships
Represent the company professionally in meetings and communications

Solid Negotiation and Convincing Ability
Good Knowledge of Marketing Strategies & Market Research
Client Relationship Management
Sales & Lead Generation Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email Communication, etc.)
Positive Attitude and Teamwork

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
Candidates from Travel & Tourism background will be preferred
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage
