We are hiring Call Center Agents for our Solar Operations team in Udhyog Vihar, Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling site visits/service requests, and regular customer follow-ups.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in BPO, Call Center, Telecalling or Customer Support
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
LeadSquared experience preferred
Positive listening, problem-solving and multitasking skills
Candidates with solar/customer service experience will be preferred
Languages Required: Oriya, Malayalam, Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati
Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers in at least one of these languages.
