Call Center Agent – Solar

Job Summary

We are looking for a Call Center Agent – Solar to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, generate and qualify leads, schedule site visits and service appointments, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries related to solar products and services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers and leads.
Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
Update and manage leads in LeadSquared.
Achieve daily productivity, quality, and calling targets.
Follow company processes and customer service standards.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.




Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving ability.
Experience in inbound/outbound calling or telecalling.
Lead generation and follow-up experience.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Hands-on experience with LeadSquared is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple customers/tasks.
Comfortable working 6 days a week.

Language Requirements Valuable communication in English and Hindi is preferred.

Candidates proficient in Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil will be an added advantage.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with BPO, Call Center, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Telesales experience are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates who have experience in voice process, outbound sales calling, lead generation, customer follow-up, CRM, and LeadSquared will be preferred.
