We deal with Sheet metal Enclosures for Electrical Control Panel. Preferred with same background
Receive Drawings from respective department.
Read technical drawings and set up the tools and manpower accordingly.
Ensure Regularly cleaning and inspecting All Machine equipment and tools.
Train the employees as per the PCS standard in Bending & cutting areas
Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required.
Operates a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.
Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.
Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials available.
Measures and aligns materials to be used.
Inspects products,



evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Performs routine maintenance on the press brake & Shear Machine.
Sound understanding of Bending, Punching & cutting areas.
A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
Co-ordinate with team members and make work easier
Reducing Scrap to minimize expenses.
To achieve daily requirement in production.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
