Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chaos Engineer to design, implement, and execute chaos engineering practices across cloud-native and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure Chaos Studio and other chaos engineering tools to improve system resilience, reliability, observability, and fault tolerance in large-scale enterprise settings.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute chaos experiments to validate system reliability and resiliency.
Implement failure injection strategies across cloud, application, network, and infrastructure layers.
Utilize Azure Chaos Studio to orchestrate controlled fault scenarios.
Work with development, SRE, DevOps, and cloud teams to identify critical failure points.
Analyze experiment outcomes and provide recommendations to improve system resilience.
Automate chaos testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Develop resilience dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
Establish chaos engineering best practices, governance, and standards.
Collaborate with incident management teams to perform post-incident resilience assessments.
Validate disaster recovery and business continuity strategies through controlled experiments.
