We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and maintaining CNC machines and related electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control issues.
Perform repair, maintenance, installation, and servicing of CNC machines.
Troubleshoot CNC controls, drives, motors, PLCs, sensors, and electrical panels.
Identify faulty components and coordinate for replacement/repair.
Conduct machine testing and ensure machines are operational after repair.
Maintain service reports, repair records, and machine history.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for technical issues.
Follow safety procedures while working on machines and electrical systems.
Support machine inspection and refurbishment activities at the warehouse.




Travel to customer locations when required for installation, troubleshooting, or service.

Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in CNC machine repair/service.
Positive knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar.
Knowledge of PLC, drives, motors, sensors, and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Preferred Experience with CNC machining centers, lathes, VMC/HMC, turning machines, and machine refurbishment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
