Must Have:
Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining.
Good understanding of engineering drawings.
Strong customer follow-up and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and meet customers.
Ability to generate new enquiries independently.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
KPI / Performance Measurement The candidate will be evaluated primarily on:
Recent customers added
Number of new RFQs generated
Monthly order value
CNC/VMC machine utilization generated
Recent customer conversion
Repeat business
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
