Role Description The Community Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida and Gurgaon This role is responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant community within Workshaala’s managed workspaces, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all occupants. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating onboarding for new clients, addressing tenant queries, managing common area activities, and ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with facility and security teams.

The Community

Manager will organize events and engagement initiatives, maintain communication channels,



and gather feedback to improve overall client satisfaction. The role also involves supporting sales and operations teams with client relationship management and representing Workshaala’s brand values in daily interactions.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Community building and stakeholder engagement capabilities, including experience planning events, activities, or networking sessions.
Operational and administrative skills, such as coordination with facility teams, basic documentation, and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a qualified and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in office in Noida and Gurgaon manage multiple tasks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and comfort using digital communication platforms.
Prior experience in coworking spaces, hospitality, real estate, or community management is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
