Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and enhance custom Copilot Studio solutions with topics, actions, connectors, and agent workflows.
Develop Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows to automate business processes across Microsoft 365 and external systems.
Design and implement integrations using custom connectors, REST APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph.
Work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure OpenAI to support enterprise automation scenarios.
Support secure solution design using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, and RBAC while collaborating with developers and technical leads.

Skills Required:
7 to 10 years of overall experience, including 2 to 3 years of hands-on Copilot Studio experience.




Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including custom copilots and agent development.
Practical development experience across Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps.
Ability to build scalable integrations using custom connectors, REST APIs, Microsoft 365 services, and Azure components.
Experience delivering secure automation solutions with authentication, access control, and enterprise deployment patterns.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
