Key Responsibilities
Connect with ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, Skill Institutes, and other educational institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institute management and placement teams.
Drive Just Job registrations among eligible candidates.
Source and mobilise candidates as per business and recruitment requirements.
Mobilise candidates for job drives, interviews, recruitment campaigns, and placement activities.
Conduct regular field visits to institutes and local communities.
Counsel candidates regarding available job opportunities and recruitment processes.
Maintain regular communication with candidates from registration to joining.
Support candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
Maintain daily sourcing and mobilisation reports.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing targets.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and other stakeholders.
Identify recent institutes and local sourcing channels to expand the candidate network.





Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
Ability to communicate in the local/regional language.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Valuable candidate counselling and mobilisation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
BBA / MBA graduates, including freshers.
Candidates with experience in recruitment, field sourcing, mobilisation, staffing, business development, counselling, or community engagement will be preferred.
Candidates with good knowledge of the local area and robust local networking will be an added advantage.
