Expert Consultant Chef – NPD & Product Development

Location: Kolkata

Engagement: Consultant / Freelance

We are looking for an Expert Consultant Chef specialising in New Product Development (NPD) to improve our existing products and develop innovative, commercially viable new products.

Key Responsibilities
Improve and refine existing recipes, products and processes.
Develop current products, flavours and concepts.
Create standardised recipes, SOPs and production methods.
Conduct product trials, tastings and R&D.;
Optimise products for taste, quality, consistency, presentation and food cost.
Ensure recipes are scalable and commercially viable.
Guide the operations team during implementation and product launches.

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in NPD / R&D; / Consulting Chef roles.
Solid hands-on expertise across the above categories.
Good understanding of food costing, standardisation and commercial production.
Creative, innovative and able to turn ideas into consistent, scalable products.
