We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Career Counsellor / Telecaller to connect with students and parents, understand their career goals, provide suitable course guidance, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact students and parents through calls and follow-ups.
Understand students’ educational background, interests, and career goals.
Provide appropriate information about courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents and address their queries professionally.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Schedule counselling sessions and student/parent meetings when required.
Achieve assigned calling,
follow-up, and admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with students and parents.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
Strong convincing and counselling ability.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle student and parent queries confidently.
Good follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented approach.
Qualification
Any degree.
Experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or the education industry will be an added advantage.
