JD Ceramic is a growing player in the ceramics and tiles industry. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our dealer and distributor network and grow sales across new and existing markets.

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead sales growth, build strong relationships with dealers and distributors, and identify current business opportunities in the ceramics/tiles space. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong network and a track record of hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and distributors in target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share
Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and territories
Negotiate pricing, terms,



and agreements with dealers/distributors
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share market feedback with management
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Represent JD Ceramic at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
Travel to meet dealers/clients and expand the distribution network

Skills & Requirements
2–4 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, or a related building materials industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel for dealer/client visits
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word for reporting
A two-wheeler/valid driving license is a plus (for local travel)

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
