We are looking for a senior technology leader to manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise application initiatives for VRX. The role will lead D365/ERP projects, enterprise application transformation, and people management while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, implementation, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
Manage end-to-end D365/ERP projects from requirements through implementation and stabilization.
Partner with business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Drive enterprise application integration, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage application roadmap, project priorities, budgets, vendors,
and delivery timelines.
Lead and mentor the enterprise applications team, with responsibility for people management.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and external implementation partners.
Ensure application performance, governance, security, and compliance.
Required Experience & Skills
15+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications / ERP.
Solid hands-on and leadership experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience managing D365/ERP transformation and implementation projects.
Proven people management and stakeholder management experience.Robust project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
