Job Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to manage employee-related compliance activities and ensure that required records, filings and documentation are maintained properly and on time. The person will work closely with HR, Accounts and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day compliance activities.
Handle PF, ESI, Skilled Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
Ensure timely submission of required returns, payments and documents.
Maintain employee records, registers and compliance-related documentation.
Coordinate with external consultants and relevant departments for compliance matters.
Assist with statutory inspections, audits and documentation whenever required.
Keep track of important compliance dates and ensure timely completion.
Monitor changes in applicable rules and update the HR team accordingly.
Prepare regular compliance reports and trackers for management.




Support payroll-related compliance activities and verify statutory deductions.
Handle notices and routine communication received from relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance records are properly organised and up to date.

Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in HR compliance or statutory compliance.
Practical knowledge of PF, ESI and other employee-related compliance.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Experience working with government/statutory portals.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Salary: As per experience and suitability. Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
