Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Coffee Maker / Barista to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee and other beverages, maintaining hygiene, handling customers, and ensuring smooth counter operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, milkshakes, and other beverages as per company standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment properly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and work area.
Take customer orders and provide good customer service.
Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about requirements.
Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and food-safety guidelines.




Handle daily sales and counter operations responsibly.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the coffee counter.
Work effectively as part of the team and follow shift timings.

Requirements
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
Valuable personal grooming and hygiene.
Relevant experience as a Barista/Coffee Maker will be an advantage.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
