Diagnose and repair laptop motherboard issues at chip level.
Troubleshoot No Power, No Display, No Charging, No Boot and other motherboard faults.
Perform component-level troubleshooting and replacement.
Handle IC, MOSFET, capacitor, resistor, BIOS and charging circuit related repairs.
Perform SMD soldering, desoldering and component replacement.
Handle BGA-related repair/rework where required.
Use multimeter, DC power supply, soldering station, hot air station and other diagnostic tools.
Analyse motherboard circuits using schematics and board-view software.
Perform final testing and quality checks after repair.
Maintain proper service records and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
Coordinate with the service team for difficult or escalated technical issues.
Support and guide junior technicians when required.
Preferred: Ability to train/guide Hands-on Academy students in practical laptop motherboard repair.
