About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Category/Catalogue Intern to join our e-commerce team. This internship is a excellent starting point for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of catalogue management, online merchandising, and e-commerce operations. You'll work closely with the Category team, gaining hands-on exposure to product listings, catalog audits, and platform tools like Shopify building a solid foundation for a career in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and updating product catalogue listings across online platforms.
Help ensure listings are accurate — checking product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Coordinate with the design team to upload and organize product images.
Support regular catalog audits to check listing quality and adherence to platform standards.
Assist with new product launches, including preparing listings and tracking go-live timelines.
Help monitor catalog performance and compile basic data on visibility and conversions.
Support order processing tasks, including tracking order status and flagging discrepancies.
Assist in creating and maintaining reports using MS Excel.




Get hands-on exposure to Shopify for product data, inventory, and order workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day catalog operations.

What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
An eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Genuine interest in e-commerce, consumer behavior, and digital marketplaces.
Willingness to learn tools like Shopify and other catalogue management platforms.
Valuable communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
