About the role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Sales, preferably someone who has a positive understanding of IT products, software solutions, SaaS, or technology services.

The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying prospects, understanding client requirements, presenting technology solutions, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
Prospect and connect with potential B2B clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products/software solutions.
Present and explain IT products, features, advantages, and value propositions to prospects.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct client calls, product discussions, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through CRM or reporting tools.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
6 months–2 years of experience in BDE, Business Development, IT Sales, or similar roles.
Valuable understanding of the IT industry and technology products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in interacting with B2B clients.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of the sales pipeline.
Strong interest in technology sales and business development.
