We are looking for passionate chefs who want to be part of a growing restaurant and contribute to building a strong kitchen culture.
The Role
We are looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) who can confidently manage their section, maintain high standards and work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver consistent, precise food.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate an assigned section efficiently during service.
Prepare and execute dishes according to Nila's recipes and standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portioning.
Ensure proper mise en place and smooth service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation.
Assist with prep,
stock rotation and inventory management.
Support and guide Commis Chefs within the section.
Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen team during busy services.
Contribute to menu development and kitchen R&D; when required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a CDP or robust experience as a Commis Chef in a quality-driven kitchen.
Experience in fine dining, tasting menus or contemporary cuisine is preferred.
Robust understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Passion for learning, cooking and developing your skills.
