We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our growing clinical team.
Role Overview The Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessment, clinical intervention and counselling support to clients presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural and psychological concerns.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, skilled ethics and the ability to provide high-quality client-centred care in a digital mental health workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations as appropriate to qualifications and scope of practice.
Provide evidence-informed psychological interventions and counselling.
Work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, behavioural difficulties and other mental health concerns.
Develop appropriate treatment and intervention plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
Conduct online sessions professionally using digital mental health platforms.
Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality and ethical standards.
Identify risk concerns and follow appropriate escalation/referral procedures.
Coordinate with other mental health professionals when required.
Participate in case discussions, clinical reviews and career development activities.
Required Qualifications
Relevant postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology.
Appropriate professional registration/certification as applicable.
Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience.
Strong assessment and intervention skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ethical and client-centred practice.
Preferred
Experience working with a diverse client population.
Experience with online/digital mental health services.
Experience with psychological assessments and structured interventions.
Familiarity with digital clinical documentation and telehealth platforms.
