About the Role

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented

Civil Engineer to join our manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial construction projects, plant infrastructure development, contractor management, and civil maintenance activities. Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, MS Excel, Work Permit Systems, and Safety Management is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction and maintenance projects within the manufacturing plant.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, and project plans using

AutoCAD

.
Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor project progress, maintain DPRs, and track costs, quantities, and materials using

MS Excel

.
Ensure civil activities are executed within budget,



timelines, and quality standards.
Implement and monitor the

Work Permit System for all construction and maintenance activities.
Ensure strict compliance with

EHS, safety standards, and protected work practices across project sites.
Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, and corrective actions to maintain a protected working setting.
Support plant expansion, infrastructure enhancement, and production-related civil requirements.
Monitor contractor performance, manpower productivity, and work quality.
Maintain project documentation, quality records, and compliance with ISO requirements.
