Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order confirmations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing. Follow company communication standards and customer service protocols.

Escalate customer concerns when necessary. Achieve daily and monthly confirmation targets while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Minimum Graduate preferred.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Robust attention to detail and accuracy. Prior experience in customer service, telecalling,counseling or order processing is an advantage. Working Hours Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Working Days: 6 Days a Week Weekly Off: 1 Day
