Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in ECE, CSE, IT, or related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

A Hardware Field Engineer installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs computer hardware at customer locations such as schools, offices, and institutions.

Key responsibilities
Install and configure desktops, laptops, AIOs, printers, UPS, and network devices.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues in office.
Replace faulty parts such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, adapters, keyboards, and monitors.
Perform preventive maintenance (AMC) visits as per schedule.
Install Windows, drivers, and basic software.
Test equipment and ensure proper working condition before handover.
Update service reports, asset details,



and serial numbers.
Coordinate with the help desk and school/office representatives for issue closure.
Travel to assigned districts and provide timely support.

Required skills
Knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, UPS, and basic networking.
Hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
Windows OS installation and driver configuration.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
