Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer cum Safety Officer with relevant experience in civil construction and site safety management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, monitoring site activities, ensuring quality and progress, and implementing safety procedures at the project site.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of civil construction practices, safety standards, site documentation, risk assessment, PPE compliance, and safety inspections. The candidate must be capable of coordinating with site engineers, workers, subcontractors, and project management to ensure secure and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports,



and site documentation.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
Monitor housekeeping and secure working practices at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and management regarding safety and site requirements.
Assist in preparing risk assessments and method statements.
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near-miss cases to management.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company policies.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with relevant Safety certification preferred. Experience: 2–5 years in civil construction and site safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
