Giani Ice Cream Outlet – Counter Staff Responsibilities: Attend customers and take orders. Prepare and serve ice creams, shakes & sundaes as per Giani standards. Handle billing, POS, cash & UPI payments. Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene. Manage basic stock and replenishment. Follow food safety and outlet SOPs. Assist with opening and closing duties.
Requirements: 10th/12th pass preferred. Freshers can apply; QSR/retail experience is a plus. Positive communication and customer-service skills. Honest, energetic and well-presented. Comfortable working shifts, weekends and holidays.
