Responsibilities:
Become expert on Bain Coupa configuration of modules being deployed
Provide front-line hypercare support for Bain Coupa end users and suppliers (initially supplier management, sourcing, and contracting; procure to pay will occur later in October)
Triage, track, and resolve production issues with speed and discipline
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate fixes across functional/technical teams
Support stabilization activities and continuous improvement during hypercare; provide enhancement recommendations to Bain and BearingPoint ongoing deployment teams
Enable Bain adoption through communications and lightweight / ad-hoc training reinforcement

Preferred Qualifications:
Deep S2P platform functional expertise ( Coupa preferred but Ariba and JAGGAER will suffice)
Ability to manage high volumes of support tickets,



prioritize critical business impact issues, and drive resolution quickly
Ability to comfortably work directly with Bain business users, provide guidance, provide training reinforcement to end users and power users
Working understanding of SAP integrations, especially supplier integration and HR user import integration
Experience with SLA adherence, lead daily standups, handle issue logs, escalation protocol
