Manager - Credit Monitoring - Small Developer Funding - Credit - Housing - Delhi - Videocon Towers - JM Job Purpose Manage the Central Monitoring Team for Small Developer Funding portfolio.

Core Responsibilities: 1.Implement the Credit Monitoring process by executing the set Monitoring processes and procedures for the Small developer funding business. 2.Collaborate & work closely with the Pan India Business, Credit and Operations team to implement sound Monitoring system for the portfolio 3.Early warning & delinquency management and assessment of project progress to maintain a healthy portfolio. 4.Provide data to conduct periodic review of projects and monitoring processes to ensure updation on lines of external workplace, organisation needs and regulatory framework. 5.Interact with Developers, Business, Technical teams – to gauge the on ground developments 6.Monitor the local market on a monthly basis through interaction (data/conversation over telephone)



with customers, developers, builders, branches and other market intermediaries and provide recommendations for corrective action in monitoring, underwriting norms 7.Liaison with the analytics team to build portfolio analytics and scoring model for data driven decision making. 8.Issuance of NOCs, monitoring escrow, manual transfers and other account management activities. 9.Oversee and initiate follow-ups with external vendors (FI, Legal & Technical valuations) to ensure timely query resolution/ report submission and eliminate any undue/ non-process related delays. 10.Monitor Retail conversion in projects funded and devise strategies to increase penetration 11.Monitor Regulatory compliance/ audit compliance for the portfolio.
