We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage customer communication across Pod Nutrition’s online channels and ensure a rapid, helpful and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to all incoming customer chats on Zoko promptly and professionally. Handle and respond to customer emails within defined turnaround times. Manage and respond to Instagram DMs, queries and comments related to products and orders.

Make outbound calls to website visitors/leads received through Shopflo and assist them with product queries, purchases and order-related concerns. Follow up with interested customers and help convert enquiries into orders. Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for order, delivery, payment or product-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.





Understand Pod

Nutrition’s products, ingredients, benefits and offers well enough to confidently answer customer questions. Proactively identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the team to improve the overall customer experience.

Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi ; Marathi is a plus. Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone and communicating over chat. Friendly, patient and solution-oriented. Valuable typing and basic computer skills. Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, D2C or telesales is preferred. Should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
