As a Product Manager at MagicBI, you are the voice of the customer, the architect of our vision, and the driver of execution across cross-functional teams.

You’ll lead the product lifecycle—from ideation through delivery and beyond—building intuitive AI analytics features that delight users and accelerate growth.

What We Need?

- 3+ years in product management for B2B SaaS, Analytics, or AI-powered platforms (experience with BI tools a must).
- A strong mix of analytical thinking, customer empathy, and strategic vision.
- Experience in full lifecycle product development within agile cross-functional teams.
- Excellent skills in product discovery: interviews, surveys, data analysis, and market trends.
- Strong communication ability: simplifying complex technical ideas for internal and external audiences.
- Comfort using data to define metrics and drive product decisions (SQL, analytics tools, etc.).




- A bias towards action: able to quickly move from problem understanding to prototyping and validation.

What You’ll Do?

- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for core MagicBI offerings.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and go‑to‑market teams to translate vision into requirements, prototypes, and polished product releases.
- Prioritize features based on value, effort, alignment with business goals, and customer needs; maintain a transparent, prioritized backlog.
- Lead product launches: define success metrics, craft positioning and messaging, and empower GTM teams via enablement content like collateral, playbooks, and demos.
- Develop KPIs and regularly report on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization—iterating based on insights.
- Foster a customer-centric culture: gather feedback from users, support, and sales, and feed it into continuous product improvements.
- Work with marketing to create case studies, blog content, webinars, and thought leadership that showcase MagicBI’s impact.
