Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce platform development, and AWS integrations. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, program teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions that drive business value and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.




- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications following industry best practices.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Support integrations between Salesforce, backend systems, and AWS services.
- Analyze and implement system enhancements to improve business processes and user experience.
- Work on production support and ad-hoc enhancement requests.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Stay updated on recent Salesforce features and recommend platform improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce applications.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (PD1/PD2).
- Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Certification.
- AWS Certification.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
