Role Description The Lead Healthcare-voice process role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing voice-based interactions with patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners to ensure clear communication and effective support. Day-to-day tasks include guiding a voice process team, monitoring call quality, handling escalations,



and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and service standards.

The lead will coordinate training for team members, support accurate information sharing related to healthcare services, and collaborate with medical and operational staff to improve processes. This role also includes reporting performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and contributing to a patient-centric service environment.

Qualifications

- Previous min 3 years experience in leading a team of telecallers / customer care executives
- Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi (all three mandatory) - we welcome fluency in other languages also in addition to the mentioned ones
- Leading a team in a voice process in healthcare industry / as a caller in healthcare industry would be advantageous
