We are looking for experienced Collections Executives to join our Personal Loan collections team. Candidates must have prior experience working with FF (Field Force) and Bucket 1 collections teams specifically in the Personal Loans segment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage collection activities for assigned Personal Loan accounts.

Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and ensure timely collections. Handle assigned accounts as per the defined collection process and targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment follow-ups.

Achieve individual and team collection targets. Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer-related collection issues.

Candidate Requirements Qualification: Graduation / HSC DRA Certification: Mandatory Experience: Prior experience in FF & Bucket 1 collections – Personal Loans is mandatory. Candidates should have valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Candidates must be able to provide: Offer Letter Latest Salary Slips Bank Statement DRA Certification Ability to work under collection targets and deadlines.
