We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Associate HR Executive to support US HR operations, with a robust focus on Social Media Research, Pre-Employment Screening, Data Management, and Onboarding Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive social and online presence research for prospective consultants, assisting with pre-employment verification processes, maintaining HR records and documentation, and supporting the onboarding lifecycle to ensure a smooth hiring experience and compliance with client requirements.Key Responsibilities

Conduct social media and online presence research on prospective consultants using professional networking platforms, public records, and other available sources.

Perform pre-employment screening activities, including employment verification, background verification (BGV) coordination, and credential validation.

Review and document research findings accurately while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Assist the HR team with employee and consultant for data management, record maintenance, document filing, and database updates.

Create, organize, and securely save onboarding and employment-related documents.





Initiate and coordinate the initial onboarding process for newly hired consultants as required.

Prepare, distribute, and track client-specific forms and onboarding documents.

Follow up with consultants to obtain required documentation and ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.

Maintain accurate records of verification, onboarding, and client compliance activities.

Support ad hoc HR administrative tasks and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Experience in HR operations, onboarding, background verification, employment verification, or administrative support.

Robust understanding of social media research and online screening techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
